This is an app for “Distributor” Companies, who distribute various types of products and services within a country. Our app has one and only motive, which is “Simple and Effective”. Our main focus is to elevate a company to its most effective condition. To do so, this application is providing the following feature:

  1. Staff Panel (Private)

    The Staff Panel is a secure workspace for company employees. Each employee can log in with their username and password to perform their daily work.

    Inside the Staff Panel, employees can manage everything related to the company's operations such as products, customers, invoices, tasks, goals and many more depending on the permissions given to them by the administrator.

  2. Website (Public):

    The Website is the public face of your company. It is automatically created based on the information entered by your employees in the Staff Panel.

    Once your company data is ready, the system will build a complete website under your domain — including pages like Home, Products, Categories, Contact, Our Team, Gallery, Blogs, and other pages such as Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and more.

    All website content is updated automatically and in real-time whenever changes are made in the Staff Panel.

    For example, if your staff adds a new product, updates prices, or publishes a new blog, it will instantly appear on your public website.

    Visitors can browse your products, add items to their cart, and send product requests directly through the website. These requests will then be managed by your employees inside the Staff Panel.

    The website is built with strong SEO optimization, ensuring it performs well on search engines — without any need for web development skills.

    To keep your website active and visible online, make sure your Staff Panel stays up to date, especially with new products, categories, and blog posts. Regular blog publishing will help your site stay fresh and rank higher in search results.

  3. Reports (Private):

    The Reports section is a private area accessible only to logged-in staff. It provides a clear overview of your company's operations through various real-time reports — such as sales, returns, employee performance, product performance, profit and loss, logs, and fulfilment reports.

    Employees can view, filter, and download or print these reports as PDF files whenever needed.

    This feature helps management stay informed without waiting for anyone to prepare manual summaries. For example, managers or directors can instantly see how the company is performing — anytime, from anywhere — without needing to request data from staff.

    Because the system runs online, all reports are live and always up to date, making it easier and faster to make decisions and keep your business moving efficiently.

  4. Documents (Public):

    The Documents section is a public area which is useful for both your employees and customers. It allows anyone with the document link to view, print, or download company documents at any time.

    Documents such as invoices, product requests, and credit notes are each given a unique URL, making them easy to access online without logging in.

    Every downloadable or printable document includes a QR code that securely links back to its online version. This makes tracking and verifying any document simple and reliable.

    For example, if a product request is updated in the system, its document link will automatically show the latest version — ensuring your customers always see the most up-to-date information.

  5. Advance Design (Private):

    The Advance Design section is an optional feature, your website will work perfectly even without it.

    However, this tool allows you to add a personal touch to your public website. Logged-in employees can use it to create or customize special sections such as a hero banner, FAQs, testimonials, partner logos, and other visual or content elements that make your website more engaging and unique.

    In short, Advance Design lets you go beyond the default layout and give your website a customized look, helping your company stand out while keeping everything simple and easy to manage.

  6. System Control (Private)

    Once you deploy the application in your vps server, you could execute many system level operations to the running app and services. You would need some technical knowledge to do so. Moreover, this could be dangerous for the running services. Therefore, we added the system control within your application in order to execute the most critical tasks from the app itself. Backup database, restore database and application updates are available there.
