Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. General Delivery Approach

As a distributor, our goal is to ensure that products reach our retail partners safely, accurately, and on time. Deliveries are generally handled by our own logistics team or authorized delivery personnel as part of our regular service operations. Orders are fulfilled based on customer demand, agreed schedules, or routine store-service visits made by our sales or marketing representatives.

2. Delivery Coverage Area

We provide delivery services to all retail outlets within our designated service zones. Coverage areas may be reviewed and updated from time to time based on operational needs. Outlets located outside our standard delivery zones may require special arrangements or additional conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery is usually provided at no additional cost for most standard orders within our coverage area. However, delivery charges may apply in specific cases, including but not limited to:

  • Orders below the agreed minimum order value
  • Deliveries to locations outside the standard service zones
  • Special delivery requests outside normal schedules
  • Shipments handled by third-party transport services (e.g., for sample dispatches)

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer in advance.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery timeframes depend on order schedules, route plans, and store-service routines. In general:

  • Regular orders are delivered on the next available route or service visit.
  • Urgent or special deliveries will be handled based on availability of transport and resources.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational constraints, or unforeseen delays.

5. Samples and Evaluation Requests

Sample items or evaluation products may be sent either through our own delivery team or via third-party couriers. In some cases—particularly when third-party services are used—customers may be required to cover delivery or courier charges. Such costs will always be communicated beforehand.

6. Risk and Responsibility

We remain responsible for the condition of goods while they are in our possession and during transit using our delivery resources. Responsibility transfers to the customer once:

  • Goods are handed over and acknowledged by the customer, or
  • Goods have been delivered to the agreed location and signed for by an authorized representative.

For deliveries completed through third-party courier services, risk and responsibility follow the terms of those service providers once the goods are handed over to them.

7. Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries require acknowledgment through signature, stamp, or any mutually accepted confirmation method. This serves as proof that the order was received in good condition and correct quantity unless otherwise reported immediately upon delivery.

Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of delivery and notify our team promptly of any discrepancies or concerns.

8. Contact for Delivery Inquiries

For any questions or requests related to shipping, delivery schedules, charges, or special arrangements, customers may contact our customer service or their assigned sales representative. We aim to respond promptly and assist with any delivery-related matters.
